Celebration of International Womens Day
Celebration of International Womens Day was organised by RC Salt Lake City Calcutta.1st speaker famous mountaineer Ms Piyali Basak, who has many credits of climbing the highest ranges in the world by dint of determination & will power spoke about her achievements amidst hardships. She was a true motivational speaker who left an indelible mark on the impressionable minds. President Oindrila Guha handed over a cheque of Rs 10,000 to Ms Piyali Basak as a goodwill gesture.
In the 2nd half, an interactive session on Cervical & Breast Cancer awareness talk by Medical Oncologist Dr Sreya Mallick was very informative. Many doubts of the participants were cleared.
Beneficiaries from Rabi Jyoti Siksha Niketan along with their Head Mistress & Principal, our club members & their families enjoyed the programme and gained knowledge and inspiration.
