Prior to HS Exam, Revamping of CC Camera and Monitor / Security System of a School
Club received a SOS from the Head Mistress of Baranagar Mohan Girls’ High School that the school needed to fix its Closed Circuit Camera system immediately else the upcoming Higher Secondary Examinations could not be conducted. Fixing the security system in school was a mandatory pre-requisite from the government before allowing the school to be used as HS Exam centre. Even if this school is a Govt Sponsored school, but, at that time, school had both paucity of resources and fund to mitigate this urgent situation.
Club project team visited the school on the same day and completed the need analysis.
Club ensured that all the identified work got completed immediately enabling the school to be used as one of the examination centres for conducting West Bengal 2024 Higher Secondary Exam comprising of 198 candidates.
