22nd Thalassemia Awareness Cum Carrier Detection Camp (2023-24) of R. C. Haldia (District 3291) at Joynagar Institute for Girls, Joynagar, South 24 Parganas, was organized on 13th March 2024 ( After Lunch). 90 Students participated in Awareness programme & 78 Students gave their blood for Carrier Detection. Mrs. Rina Roy (Head Mistress) will do the Counseling of carrier Students their Families after getting the result. The project was in collaboration with Thalassemia Control Unit, Daimond Harbour Govt. Medical College & Hospital. Councilor Smt. Bulbul Das delivers their speech on Thalassemia Awareness
