21st Thalassemia Awareness Cum Carrier Detection Camp (2023-24) of R. C. Haldia (District 3291) at Bagnan Girls High School, Bagnan, Howrah. was organized on 13th March 2024, (before Lunch). 90 Students participated in Awareness programme & 72 Students gave their blood for Carrier Detection. Smt. Sulata Bag (Head Mistress) will do the Counseling of carrier Students their families after getting the result. The project was in collaboration with Thalassemia Control Unit, Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyar Govt. Medical College & Hospital. Councilor Smt. Suhita Maity delivers their speech on Thalassemia Awareness
