Womens Day Celebration
On World Womens Day, the Rotary Club of Kolkata Benevolence hosted a meaningful discussion session at a cafe in Kolkata, bringing together women delegates from diverse fields such as entrepreneurship in textiles, restaurant ownership, art, medicine, and social entrepreneurship. They openly shared their journeys, discussed obstacles, and highlighted how they overcame challenges in their paths.
Inspired by the stories and experiences shared, the Rotary Club of Kolkata Benevolence, along with these accomplished women achievers, pledged to establish a common platform. This initiative aims to mentor and guide more women, fostering self-sufficiency and enabling them to build respectable and sustainable livelihoods.
