Project Dhwani
RCCNE organised Project Dhwani on 3rd March, World Hearing Day in association with The Karna and Signia. The Chief Guest of the project was DG Rtn Hira Lal Yadav. Sri Nachiketa Chakraborty, eminent singer was the special guest of the program. Guests of Honour were PDG Rtn Rajani Mukherji, PDG Rtn Debasish Mitra and Sri Soumya Shankar Bose, General Secretary, International Human Rights for West Bengal Chapter.
