RYLA: Day 3
We, the members of Rotary Club of Aabahamaan Kolkata, conducted the much awaited RYLA from 23rd February to 25th February 2024 at Tona Organic Farm, Lauhati, North 24Parganas. On 25th February morning, children had a nature walk under the guidance of Mr.Pabitra Mandal. He explained about "natural food chain" and how the environment maintains the natural cycle of nature.Mrs. Nupur Ghosh, secretary of RCC Madhyamgram Sristhir Pathe, talked on child rights, child protection, and child Trafficking.President Rtn D.C. Ganguly delivered his speech on child labour and motivation.Mr. Bhudeb Chakraborty conducted 6 rounds of quiz. We distributed the different prizes for different contests. President declared the end of RYLA. After lunch again, we boarded the bus and dropped the children at their respective locations.
