Setting up a Library for Chargheri School, Sundarban
RCCP set up a library within the existing RCCP supported school at Chargheri, Sundarban to inculcate reading habits among the students. This is an after-school for 30-35 students who spend considerable time in the school. Access to interesting book will keep them more engaged. The collection of books included moral lesson books, story book, general knowledge books and teaching-aid books. A bookshelf and a blackboard were also installed
This project is being done in collaboration with our RCC, Purbasha Echo Helpline Society (PHES).
RTN Aditi Dey is the Project lead and were helped by RTN Nabanita Khan, Utpal Pal, Aniruddha Bhattacharya, Satyajit Srimani and Aditi’s spouse Sudipta and Aniruddha’s spouse Irani.
