Peace building and conflict prevention
On the 1st of February Rotary club of Calcutta Avyanna held a conflict resolve and peace building session with renowned speaker Atul Kaushik and the members of the club..It was a discussion on leadership ,with a focus on how to resolve conflict and maintain peace. This fostered understanding and provides skills to resolve conflict within families and workplace. The audience was enthralled to listen to how skillfully the iconic characters of the great epics Ramayana and The Mahabharata could resolve conflict and thus build peace in the society they lived in ancient times.
