Menstrual health and hygiene management at AK Mitra girls high school.
On the 8th of February 2024 Rotary club of Calcutta Avyanna conducted a menstrual health and hygiene management program for girls of 5th grade at A.K.Mitra Government Girls high school. The enriching project was attended by 35 students. It was an audio visual animated program gifted by UNICEF. President Mandira Mukherjee and Treasurer Rita Chaterjee explained the nuances of the subject to the girls. Free bio degradable sanitary napkins were distributed.
