Eye Check-up camp organized at Bodra Girls High school
On 21st January 2024, an Eye Check-up camp was Organized at Bodra Girls High school,Bodra. Optometrists-Sri Debashis Ghosh and Prasanta Mandal from Sankara Jyoti Eye lnstitute rendered medical service.S.K Meherajul,optician, handled prescriptions of those who require spectacles.11 nos.of identified cataract patients will have free lntra ocular lens(IOL) Surgery at the Sankara Jyoti Eye Institute. Besides the 11 patients,7 patients have been referred to the Sankara Jyoti Eye lnstitute for the eye ailment and treatment. Rotarians present were Rtn.Jnan Ghosh,Rtn.AninditaSarkar,Rtn.Subijit Sarkar and Rtn.Nupur Goswami. It was a joint project with Rotary Club of Salt Lake Down Town .5 Members attended from this club The other participating Club was Rotary Club of Labanhrad.2 members were present from this club.Rtn. Kalpana Roy Choudhury from RC Down Town treated all with sumptuous lunch.
