13th Thalassemia Awareness Cum Carrier Detection Camp (2023-24) of R. C. Haldia (District 3291) at Akshay Nagar Jnanadamoyee Vidyaniketan (H.S), Akshaynagar, Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas was organized on 30th January 2024. The project was in collaboration with Thalassemia Control Unit, Daimond Harbour Govt. Medical College & Hospital. 122 Students participated in Awareness programme & 84 Students gave their blood for Carrier Detection. Sri Ashis Maity (Head Master) will do the Counseling of carrier Students their Families after getting the result.
