Ashray
On January 2nd, at our learning center in Kalighat for children of sex workers, formal regular classes commenced. We distributed education kits, blackboards, and other stationeries. Additionally, a small library was inaugurated. We aspire to see this center become a bridge connecting the children from the red light area to the broader world, with the hope that these children will integrate into the mainstream of society. This aligns with Rotarys purpose of serving and providing a helping hand for the children at the center.
