"Matri Raksha"- Fights Anaemia GG 1991152 - (Camp 36)
“MATRI RAKSHA”– Fighting Anaemia (36th Camp) and Health Check-up & BMD Screening camp held by Rotary Club of Salt Lake Metropolitan Kolkata in association with Kolkata Menopause Society on 6th January 2024 at Rani Birla Girl’s College, Kolkata - 700017.
Total 164 women were screened their Hb% level for Anaemia, High BP and Sugar by our technical team. Each patient was checked by Dr. Shabana Roze Chowdhury and Dr. Nirmala Pipara and given free iron for 2 to 6 months to anaemic patients with deworming and calcium medicine as required. They were also told about the nutrition and balanced diet with nutritional booklet by the doctors.
