Distribution of winter garments and blankets for the underprivileged.
On the 4th of January 2024, Rotary Club of Calcutta Avyanna distributed 50 blankets,110 mens and womens shawls to the underprivileged people of the Sundarbans. This project was done at Baghbon community center of SHER (Society for Heritage and Ecological Research), which is an NGO. The poor farmers were grateful to recieve this kind of protection ti face the harsh winter season prevailing there.
