Eye Screening Camp
It was felt that there was need to have the Eye Screening camp in Ramakrishnapur area. The camp was held in association with Rotary Joynagar Eye Hospital. It was a day long camp.
We were happy with the response when more than 200 persons turned up for the eye check-up. After screening it was found that 41 patients require Cataract surgeries. They will have to undergo ECG, Sugar and BP check-up before the surgery and more than 100 will be provided with power glasses. All the arrangements have been made for these follow up actions.
The team of 8 qualified staff including 3 doctors and 3 Nurses from Rotary Joynagar Eye Hospital did a wonderful job and we are grateful to them.
