Ezee School 2 project at Abdulpur Free Primary and Secondary school
Today on the 23rd of December the members of Rotary Club of Aabahamaan Kolkata, along with our RCC Madhyamgram Sristhir Pathe, conducted an Ezee School 2 project with 45 students of Abdulpur Free Primary and Secondary school who are underprivileged students of that area. A sit and draw competition was organized as part of the program. Children were drew very enthusiastically, and our judges nominated 1 st,2nd,3rd, 4th, and 5th. The winners were awarded water bottles and pencil boxes. We also conducted an awareness program on Banning of Child marriage, child Trafficking, stopping child labour, safe drinking water, and saving the environment. Speakers were Rtn President D.C. Ganguly and Ms. Nupur Ghosh. Students also showed their cultural efficiency through dance and singing songs. We ended the program with a Christmas celebration, and children enjoyed the program thoroughly. Members present were Rtn.President Dinesh Chandra Ganguly, Rtn. Vice -president Bela Basu,Rtn. Project-Director(Medical) Ananya Basu and Rtn. Subijit Sarkar,Sergeant -at-arms.
