Virangana
District project "Virangana" was organized by RC of Budge Budge, where young girls were taught about the art of self-defense and the necessity of nutritious balanced diet for healthy & fit life was also discussed at Vocational training centre of Rotary Club of Budge Budge. Rtn Paromita Das Dutta, President, RC Calcutta Jadavpur, a Clinical Dietitian, nicely explained how the nutritious balanced diet can be managed with easily available low-cost common edible items. A certificate duly signed by DG & club president was handed over to all the participants.
