MAA(Mothers Apt Appreciation)
RCCNE organised Flagship Project MAA where 25 Rotary Clubs and 4 Inner Wheel Clubs participated along with Interact Club of DPS Megacity. This year beneficiaries were provided Kits containing Saree, shawl, Blanket, Durrie, Bed Sheet, mosquito net, Umbrella, Slippers, Hygiene Kit, Biscuit Packet, Dry Food and Lunch Box. The Project started with the National Anthem and Lighting of the Lamp by Project Icon Smt Suchitra Ghosh, President Rtn Vivekananda Bhowmick and Project Chair PP Rtn Biswajit Chaudhuri. PDG Rtn Shyamasree Sen, PDG Rtn Prabir Chatterjee and PDG Rtn Ajay Agarwal were present. A Health Check-up Camp was conducted by Apollo Diagonistics, CIT Road where various tests we conducted. Rotary Hooghly Eye Hospital set up a camp for cataract screening for the beneficiaries. RCCNE will be funding the cataract operations for the affected.
