Green Earth Clean Mind seminar at Girls School
Calcutta Sun City arranged a seminar on "Green Earth Clean Mind" for students of Childrens Welfare Association High School for Girls. It was basically an Interactive session between Students of higher classes with Rotarians & teachers in presence of Rtn. Sulagna Daw. She has immense experience in inspiring young leaders to become responsible Global Citizens. She spoke on how to reduce water consumption and usage of eco-friendly items. She encouraged them to plant lots of trees. Besides she talked about their mental health as during this period of growth of girl child there are various hormonal changes in the body and she told them not to look for quick solutions based on Social media. Rtn. Dr. R. Hom Chowdhury dwelt on healthy lifestyle and good food habits for remaining healthy during this period of adolescence. The program ended with a tree plantation ceremony in the school.
