1st Thalassemia Awareness Cum Carrier Detection Camp (2023-24) of R. C. Haldia (District 3291) at Tamluk Hemilton High School, Tamluk, was organized on 20th July 2023. The project was in collaboration with Thalassemia Control Unit, Tamralipto Govt. Medical College & Hospital. 109 Students participated in Awareness programme & 100 Students gave their blood for Carrier Detection. Councilor Smt Subhra Roy deliver the speech on Thalassaemia Awareness. Lab Technician sri Jyotiprakash Mondal collected the blood. Rnt..Basudev Mandal are present this prog. Sri Madhusudan Jana (Head Master) will do the Counseling of carrier Students. their Families after getting the result.
