International Project with Rotary Club of Rajshahi Central, RID 3281, Bangladesh
Rotary club of Calcutta Sun City , RID 3291 arranged an international Thalassemia Awareness Program with Rotary Club of Rajshahi Central, RID 3281, Bangladesh. Rotary Club of Calcutta Sun City was represented by a distinguished member of Calcutta Sun City Rtn. Dr. R. Hom Chowdhury, who is also DGN of RID 3291. He attended an Installation Ceremony on 29th September, 2023 of RC of Rajshahi Central which was followed by a Thalassemia Awareness Program on 30th September 2023 at Rajshahi Bangladesh. Flags of both the Clubs were exchanged. Rtn. Dr. R. Hom Chowdhury gave an audio-visual presentation on how to eradicate the dreadful disease called "Thalassemia" which was highly appreciated by Rotarians of different Rotary clubs of Bangladesh along with those who were in the audience. It was decided to hold more joint projects in future with different Rotary Clubs of Bangladesh.
