Mother and Child Health Awareness
RC of Calcutta Sun City has organized a camp for health check up of Mother and Child at J.C. Art Centre Kusumika School at Panarhat 24 Parganas, west Bengal. More than 65 mother and Child registered for this health check up camp. Dr. Bandana Hom Chowdhury and Dr. Subrata Mallick did thorough medical check up for all the mother and child who were present. Dr. Bandana Hom Chowdhury a renowned pediatrician and a prominent member of Calcutta Sun City delivered a lecture to the mothers on importance of breast feeding till 6 months after birth for the sake of higher immunity. Medical prescription was given to all after Check up with relevant medical advises to mothers and about vaccinations. Gynaecologist Dr. santasri Sengupta addressed the Gynaecological problems of ladies. Food packets was distributed for all children present.
