Ezee School 2 Project held at Sandeshkhali, Sunderban
RC Aabahamaan Kolkata, arranged Ezee School 2 project at Sandeshkhali, Sunderban. 45 middle school students from remote villages of Tushkhali participated. Their fooding and lodging was organized by us. We arranged sit and draw competition. We felicitated 8 teachers including dance teacher Ms. Sathi Halder, who is from a very humble background. We arranged Quiz contest conducted by Mr.Bhudeb Chakraborty."Save Environment" was enacted as a short drama "Jol Dhoro,Jal Bhoro" by the students of Naboday Education Center and explained by Mr.Montosh Mukherjee. "Arrest Child Marriage" as a short drama was performed by the children.As prescribed by our district, we focused on cultural activities of the students and we are surprised to see their innovative ideas and talents. we also distributed T-shirts and bags to them. Rotarians present included president Rtn D.C Ganguly , Rtn Bela Basu, Rtn Mili Maitra, Rtn Chandana Kundu, Rtn Ananya Guha. Friends of Rotary included Mr.Manas Banerjee, Mrs.Rinku Banerjee, and Lion Arabinda Guha.
