Supporting Cancer Patients with small Gestures of Kindness, giving necessary daily needs to them
We are thrilled to share the successful completion of our recent project in Lake Town, where we extended a helping hand to cancer patients at Gandhi Nivas Seva Sadhan Hospital. Our dedicated team of Rotarians, including President Alok Sarkar, Nilima Sarkar, Ranjini Lahiri, and Suranjan Saha, played a crucial role in making this project a success.
Heres a brief overview of what we accomplished:
- Distributed essential supplies such as Dettol, soap, paste and Toothbrush items to benefit the patients and the hospital.
- Presented a generous donation in the form of a cheque to support the hospitals efforts in providing care and treatment to approximately 30 cancer patients, each staying in different rooms.
This project embodies the spirit of Rotary and our commitment to making a positive impact on our community.
