Workshop on Karate at PLC
The ultimate weapon for girls how to defend themselves from unwanted people by defending through Karate. One must understand that Karate is not for attack but to defend so Rotary Club of Calcutta Metropolitan organised classes for the girls student of PACE Learning Centre yesterday. Our very own Rtn Runjhun Gupta conducted the first basic classes of Karate. She is Black belt Dan 5. Thanks to her as training was enjoyed by the students. Rotarians and teachers also participated.
