Rotary Club of Kolkata Benevolence is concentrating on Empowering women for self-income
generation and becoming financially independent thus becoming a support for the family.
We are trying to focus on womens empowerment in employment where we are collaborating
with several organizations for their employment.
Primarily objective is Training and Development: Offer training programs to enhance womens
skills and career advancement. Skills training would be envisaged based on the specific needs of
the respective organizations who would employ them.
Rotary Club of Kolkata Benevolence would partner with Employer to follow and monitor Zero
Tolerance for Harassment: Implement strict policies against workplace harassment.
Advocacy: Support initiatives that promote womens rights and gender equality.
Currently, Rotary Club of Kolkata Benevolence has partnered with Wheelzy, a car cleaning and
allied service provider for recruiting women employees in their team for car cleaning services.
Wheelzy, has ensured to keep up with the terms of Rotary Club of Kolkata Benevolence and is
