Eye Camp at All Bengal Womens Union Primary School
RC Calcutta organised an Eye Camp at All Bengal Women’s Union Primary School on Elliot Road. The school provides education to abandoned, abused or orphaned children brought to their Home by government /non government help agencies and from neighbouring locality. Around 120 children from classes I to VI were vision tested, and remedies including glasses with rectification lenses were suggested by the team of doctors.The students were given frooti, biscuits and sweet after their eye check up.A donation was given in memory of Late Subimal Bose for games kit- carrom board, badminton rackets, shuttle cock, net - and an Aquaguard machine for drinking water for the children was donated to the school, as well as new clothes for the children.
