On 2nd September 2023 Rotary Club Of Calcutta Charnock City Organized a meet for survivors and post-throidectomy patients to Observe thyroid cancer Awareness month.
RC of Aabahamaan Kolkata was invited as co-host club. President Rt.Dinesh Chandra GANGULY,Vice President Bela Basu and Secretary Mili Maitra attended the programme.
Main speaker was RtnDr..Dhritiman Maitra(oncologist).All Servivors present in the event were patients of Dr.Maitra.They shared their experiences of battling this severe condition emerging a winner.They praised their doctor a lot.
The programme was highly encouraging and enlightening.We learned that disease Awareness can easily lead to its prevention. If we aware and take all preventive steps.We have nothing worry about.
