Seminar on Role of Freedom Fighters in Freedom movement of India.
The Seminar was inaugurated by Acting Rotary President Rtn.Santanu Banerjee, who acted as Chairman of the meeting, due to absence of President Rtn.Dr.Debasis Sanyal, sharp at 7 p.m. as per schedule. Rtn.Mrs. Rama Sanyal led the National Anthem. Then Rtn.Santanu Banerjee welcomed all the members present from IIPA, RC Howrah, Key-note speaker Prof.Suman Banerjee, Special invitee Prof.Ashim Ghosh as well as President IIPA, Vice-president IIPA and Member Secretary Prof.Ashis Roy. Dignitaries were escorted to dias.After the brief introduction of all the dignitaries of the dais , Prof. Ashis Roy gave introductory speech on the topic and there after the Key note speaker took the podium and deliberated on the topic. Afterwards Prof.Ashim Ghosh supplemented other areas . Dr.Sankar Kr.Sanyal, VP / IIPA conducted the interaction period. IIPA President Sri Dilip Kr.Das concluded the seminar nicely.
