Thyroid Cancer Awareness Programme and Survivors Meet
Our club was a co-host for a Thyroid Cancer Awareness Programme and Survivors’ Meet organised by RC Calcutta Charnock City at Rotary Sadan on 2nd September evening.
Eminent Endocrine Surgeon Rtn Dr Dhritiman Maitra talked on early detection of Thyroid Cancer which can enable the surgeons to cure the disease.
The talk was followed by ten Thyroid Cancer survivors telling their individual personal stories. All of them were felicitated in the programme.
Club President Rtn Debarshi Dutta Gupta, Club Secretary Rtn Sanghamitra Dutta Gupta and PP Rtn Dr Siddhartha Chakraborty represented the club.
