Cervical Cancer Awareness and Detection Camp at Basanti Colony near Bidhannagar Rly. Station has been organized today by our R.C.C. Dr. Ghosh Charitable Trust in a local Club.5 Medical Assistants from Chittyaranjan Cancer Institute,Kolkata have examined 27 underprivileged women.BP Checking and Blood sugar testing have also been done. Rtn. Dinesh Chandra Ganguly,President,Rtn. Bibek Kumar Kundu,IPP and Rtn. Chandana Kundu were present at the Camp.
At the beginning , no. of women were very limited.
Our IPP Bibek Kumar Kundu alongwith a local lady
visited lanes and bylines of the Basti areas and requested the women above 30 years to come to the camp for their check up.
