Thalassemia Awareness seminar
Thalassemia Awareness seminar was held at Department of Botany, Jogamaya Devi College on 28.08.2023.Rtn. Dr. Ramendu Hom Chaudhuri DG (Nominated) delivered the keynote address on the subject. In the presence of Madam. Srabani Sarkar, Principal of Jogamaya Devi College it was attended by 100 students. Rtn. Anit Guhathakurta President of RC of Calcutta Sun City explained to the students Role of Rotary Clubs in the service of Community and society. The interaction with the students after the audio-visual presentation was very interesting and satisfying. Lots of queries from teachers and students was answered by the speaker to the satisfaction of all. Vote of thanks was delivered by Rt. Kaushik Sen, Secretary of RC of Calcutta Sun City. Hospitality received by all the Rotarians from Calcutta Sun City from college authorities was exemplary.
