Holistic Education in schools
RC Calcutta helps schools in providing Holistic education by setting up of science & Tech Labs, conducting health check-up, conducting mental health awareness programs, and career counselling, focused in engaging all aspects of mind, body, & spirit of the learner. Project was launched at Balia Nafar Chandra Balika Vidya,alay [a Govt sponsored H.S. with 2200 students on roll from class 5 to 12, comprising primarily of 1st time school goers], with the inauguration of Science & Tech Labs. Its hoped this type of education will help students in chalking a career path and a better employability. A free eye checkup camp was also organised on same day at the venue.
