Mother and child care awareness program as 1st program post inauguration of Health Centre
Rotary Club of Calcutta Empathy organized a large Mother and child care awareness program as 1st program post inauguration of Health Centre at Bongaon on 9 Aug 2023 for the local population. There is immense lack of knowledge w.r.t. basics of health and hygiene needs of a mother , the probable diseases that might get afflicted and the various precautions that a mother will take for her as also for her children to safeguard them from diseases which all either involves no cost or very negligible cost . The program was attended by District Governor 25 26 Ramendu Homcahudhuri , Dr Pamela Ghosh Chair of COmmunity Projects-Medical 1 , eminent doctor Dr Narayan Banerjee and Dr Sutapa Banerjee , one of the doctors from Rotary Club of Calcutta Empathy which made this a resounding success . The awareness program was attended by 179 beneficiaries from Bongaon
