Project on Four Way Test Promotion :-
RC Howrah Promoted the 4 Way Test manual on the Installation ceremony occasion by publishing the same at the evenings bulletin and distributing the same to all the persons present at the venue. Total member present was 33 nos , RID 3291 representative was -09 nos, IWC Members - 07 nos ,Guest and dignitaries - 08 nos. PP Rtn.Santanu Banerjee attached his life Membership of 4 way test in the jacket.
