Bhagwat for Humanity
in its one of its kind Fund raiser, Rotary Calcutta Mahanagar organised a seven days Bhagwat Katha- Bhagwat for Humanity" from 18th to 24th July at Isckon House, Gurusaday Road. The purpose behind the event was to raise funds to set up a physiotheraphy unit for the underpriviledged people where they can get treatment at a very nominal price. Bhagwat katha was narrated by very renowned Shri Manoj Mohan Shastriji from Vrindavan. It was attended by lot of people daily followed by prasad for all. On all the seven days Annadaan Mahadaan was also done wherein we distributed prasad to underpriviledged people. Members from Rotary fraternity including District Governor Hiralal Yadav also attended the event.
