Teen Kanyar Shubho Poronoy
Teen Kanyar Shubho Poronoy, the mass marriage of 3 girls at Konnagar, Baro Mandir was organised by Shri Arup Mukherjee, an eminent social activist of the area. Our member Rtn.Tanni Chowdhury is closely associated with the organisation and our Club decided to support this great initiative. Calcutta Samaritans contributed towards the Bed and Almirah for their new home. Our Club was represented by Rtn.Srabonee Mitra, Rtn.Sutapa Dutta and Rtn.Tanni Chowdhury. The event was attended by several dignitaries and people from all walks of life. The Mass Marriage Ceremony was celebrated with much enthusiasm and blessings from all present.
