VIRANGANA is district programme of empowering Girls through Self defence Awareness workshop. It will be held at Mansur Habibullah Memorial school on 24th September amongst Girls of the class eleven and twelve. The Physical Instructor will teach self defence practices from 10AM to 12Noon In the post lunch session from 2PM A psychologist and a DIETICIAN will address the issues related to their subject amongst the girls of this age group
